If you have already gotten your estimates and proposals, but are not sure how to navigate through them to decide which one is best for you, I am happy to answer any questions you may have by text, email, phone or live video message. I do not charge a set amount for this service. Instead I allow the customer to decide what my services are worth to them. “A tip for HVAC TIPS”. In the end, I guarantee you will get a better price on your project than if I was not involved.
CONNECTING WITH PROVIDERS
There is NO obligation to have me connect you with 3 or 4 reputable small business HVAC providers to provide you estimates for your HVAC project. Once you receive your estimates, I will be available via phone, text, email or live video message to go over your estimates and answer any questions you may have.
GATHERING ESTIMATES FOR YOU
If you are busy professional that cannot dedicate the time with meeting with 3 or 4 companies to provide you estimates, I will do it for you and then I will sit down with you and go over all the information and help you make the most informed and financially beneficial decision. The fee for this service is $100 per estimate. If you want to receive 3 estimates, then my fee will be $300. However, I guarantee you that my services will be paid for by the final price negotiated for your new HVAC system.
