I have been in the IN-HOME HVAC sales game since 2003. My 1st sales job was with a very well established and well known company in Baltimore. I was first a helper and I assisted master mechanics and technicians in order to get an understanding with what they deal with on a service call or system installation. I saw everything from commercial boiler installations to 20’ deep sewer line replacements. It was very good training and I am thankful for that to this day.

Prior to 2008 the IN-HOME sales game was very lucrative for companies and for salespeople if your moral compass was a little off. I was witness to homeowners being taken advantage of on a regular basis. It was company policy and it made me sick.

The housing market crash of 2008-2009 brought somewhat of a reset to the industry. I moved away from the residential HVAC world and went to work for a commercial/industrial mechanical firm to expand my breadth of knowledge. It was a very worthwhile move. However, I still kept my finger on the pulse of the residential HVAC world. I even worked part time for my previous employer to make some extra money. Some of the unsavory business practices had been done away with at that time.

I made another move in 2012 and after a couple years selling crane & rigging work for a mobile crane outfit I landed with a small mechanical firm owned by a good friend of mine. I have had the pleasure of helping the company grow on a very grassroots level as most of our work comes from word of mouth referrals and quality reviews on our website, Google, Facebook and Home Advisor.

I have always treated customers with dignity and respect. I have never taken advantage of them in any way that would help me or the company I work for make a higher profit margin.
